Resident Finds €8,000 in Wallet

During the summer of 2012, a resident of the Las Lomas Apartments discovered a wallet with €8,000 in cash inside.  The resident brought the wallet to the ICHA offices where Vice President of Community Development Andrew Herndon contacted UC Irvine Police.  The owner of the wallet was found and reunited with their wad of cash.   [...]
