We are excited to announce that ICHA has added Yardi Payment Processing as a new feature of the Resident Portal for future resident electronic payments. Yardi Systems is a California-based, global leader in property management software used by over 12 million renters and homeowners. ICHA has been using Yardi for 5 years and is excited to offer our University Hills residents the industry standard of online access to accounts and secure online payments. The University Hills renters have been successfully using the new Resident Portal and Payment Processing tools for the past year.
Residents who want to make monthly recurring electronic payments (ACH) must enroll in the new system. Please see the instructions at right or below. If you need additional assistance, please use contacts listed below.

How to Log In and Set Up Auto-Pay
First, register for the Resident Portal. Click on the appropriate link below.

When you arrive at the Resident Portal log-in page, enter the email address on file with ICHA (the default is the assigned UCI email address of the primary owner; contact ichaacctg@icha.uci.edu to confirm). Attention hs.uci.edu users, please enter your email as uci.edu, NOT hs.uci.edu.
