Construction of the 82 12-2 townhomes began in September, 2026. Construction is complete at 12-1. All homes are occupied.
The Pool & Park renewal project was completed and reopened to the University Hills community in July, 2026.
Speed cushions were installed on Coltrane Court, Angelou, Graham, Ride, Truth and Turing streets. Reports of vehicles speeding have declined.
