Construction of the 104 Area 12-1 townhomes is underway with expected move-ins this summer! The UC Regents recently approved construction of an additional 82 townhomes across the street.
The Pool & Park renewal project is tentatively scheduled to kick off in the Fall of 2025. The space will create more opportunity for community recreation and renovate the pool and bathroom facilities.
Speed cushions were installed on Coltrane Court, Angelou, Graham, Ride, Truth and Turing streets. Reports of vehicles speeding have declined.
