ICHA is thrilled to announce the opening of the newly-renovated Los Trancos Pool & Park on schedule. About 800 University Hills residents attended a grand opening pool party on June 27th, 2026. The renewal project:
-Updated the pool area (plaster, decking, coping, fencing)
-Renovated pool bathroom facilities.
-Redesigned the park area, increasing circulation and adding a splashpad, slide, play structure, outdoor fire pit, pizza oven, ping pong table and plenty of seating area for large groups.
Thank you to the Homeowner’s Representative Board for its assistance in the planning of the space and to all UHills residents who provided input on most-desired features.
