Sabbatical Rental Application

UCI-associated faculty and staff may apply for opportunities to temporarily lease a home or condominium from a University Hills owner. Available dates and terms of a Sabbatical home lease or room rentals are determined directly between the homeowner and tenant. Maximum permitted lease term is two years. Tenants agree to follow resident requirements in the Ground Sublease and University Hills Property Use and Maintenance Regulations.

ICHA does not set the homeowner’s rental price. A lease will be directly between the homeowner and tenant.
