- Click on series map to find your address and confirm home series. View Map
- Click on Color Ark Pro link
- Use drop-down menu to select the series of your home.
- Review the colors for your style of home within that series. Don’t know your home style (Cottage, Craftsman, or Spanish)? Email homeimprovements@icha.uci.edu for help.
- Select any color scheme (original or new) for your home’s style in that series*. *Please note, the color schemes all include colors for stucco and trim. Some also include additional colors for wood trim, garage doors, shutters, etc. When choosing a particular scheme, all colors listed apply. In other words, mixing and matching stucco body color from one scheme and trim from a different scheme is not allowed.
- Submit a property improvement application with the chosen color scheme to homeimprovements@icha.uci.edu for review and approval.
