Community & Condo Management
Under the Ground Lease with The Regents of the University of California, ICHA is responsible for the management of the common amenities within the community. All University Hills homes are charged fees for the ongoing repair and maintenance of these common areas. Certain homeowners pay additional fees related to services provided exclusively to their property.
