MOVE-IN COSTS
A $1,300 security deposit and the first month’s rent are required upon signing the month-to-month rental agreement.
PET POLICY
A maximum of two animals may be approved per residence, not including fish. At the Miramonte Rental Townhomes, permitted animals are fish, cats, dogs, and birds. For canine breed restrictions please contact the rental office. At the Gabrielino Apartments, Santiago Apartments and Alturas Rental Townhomes, permitted animals are fish, cats and birds. Residents must sign an animal addendum upon move-in. All animals must be approved in advance by ICHA.

There is a $25 monthly fee per cat and a $50 monthly fee per dog.
RENTERS INSURANCE
Residents must provide proof of such insurance to ICHA prior to occupancy.
SMOKING POLICY
UC Irvine is a smoke free campus. In accordance with University policy, all ICHA Rental Properties are smoke free. Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings and anywhere on the premises.
